The Trek for Life is an annual, eight day event that allows horse riders, bikers and walkers the opportunity to traverse stunning landscapes and private land while raising money for first responders in the region they travel across. In 2021 I was invited to be the official photographer as they make their way down New Zealand, this year from Rawene to Pouto.
I had the opportunity to capture the landscapes, document the faces and tell the story of what it is like to travel down the coast with an abundant community of go-getters for a week. This is a small fraction of my best images from the week.
